The Bunbury Geographe Chamber of Commerce & Industry located in Chamber House in the heart of the City Centre shopping precinct. Within walking distance to cafe's, restaurants and shops, Bunbury is the central hub of the region and is just 90 minutes South of Perth, with easy access to public transport.

Catering

Each meeting room has continuous tea and coffee facilities for your convenience (fees apply). The Chamber can also recommend one of their valuable members who are familiar with the Chamber for a variety of both morning & afternoon tea and lunch catering to suit dietary requirements.

Cleaning

Depending on the booking requirement, a $50.00 cleaning fee may apply.

Bookings

• Booking forms must be completed and bookings will only be confirmed once the booking form has been received
• Tentative bookings will only be held for 5 working days
• Payment can be made by direct debit or credit card (Master & Visa cards accepted)
• Late payment fee of $25.00 applies if invoice is not paid within 14days of hire unless prior arrangement has been made
• Special requirements should be requested at the time of the booking and noted on the booking form

Surcharge

• The Chamber is open Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5pm. Requests for meetings booked after 5pm are at the discretion of the Chamber
• An after hours surcharge of $66.00 per hour may apply for room hire's commencing before 8.30am and ending after 5pm Mon-Fri. Conditions apply

Cancellations

Cancellations will incur the following charges:

• Less than 2 days’ notice -$25.00 administration fee
• Less than 1 days’ notice - 50% of hire fee or $25.00 whichever is the greater

Parking

• On Street parking – Time limit applies. See the City of Bunbury website for parking information
• It is the responsibility of the hirer/s to ensure that attendees are informed of the available parking areas
