Centrally located in Bunbury, the Bunbury Geographe CCI offers a range of affordable meeting and conference rooms, perfect for workshops, presentations, and courses. With flexible options to suit different group sizes, and access to excellent facilities, our spaces provide a professional and well-equipped setting for your next event. Available to both Chamber members and non-members, with exclusive discounts for members.

  • Large training room perfect for workshops, training, board meetings or presentations.
  • Suitable for bigger groups or all-day use
  • Can be combined with the Forrest Room to create a larger space
  • A combined room setup can seat 40 on open-faced rounds, or up to 70 theatre style.

Additional Hire Information

Catering

Each room includes water, plates, and napkins, with tea and coffee available upon request (fees apply).

The Chamber does not provide in-house catering but can recommend local suppliers. Hirers are responsible for coordinating their catering or scheduling deliveries to align with their break times.

Parking

The Chamber does not have dedicated parking. Free on-street parking is available nearby but is time-restricted. There are also privately owned car parks in the area that offer all-day parking.

Out of Hours Bookings

The Chamber is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Requests for room hire outside of these hours are subject to approval and may incur an out-of-hours surcharge of $65.00.

Accessibility

The Chamber office is equipped with a wheelchair ramp for entry and double doors for easy access. A wheelchair-accessible bathroom is also available on-site.

Cancellations

Cancellations may incur the following charges:

  • Less than 1 days’ notice - 50% of hire fee or $60, whichever is greater
