As the founder and Managing Director of South West Women in Infrastructure, Mining & Minerals (SWWIMM), Kate has championed diversity and created opportunities for women in traditionally male-dominated industries to network. Additionally, she has honed her skills in building strong relationships, managing diverse teams, and driving innovation through her role as Project Manager with Monadelphous.
