Kate is a dedicated lifelong resident of Bunbury with a profound passion for her community. In her current role as National Engineering & Maintenance Leader at Laminex, she oversees strategic capital planning and provides support to operational sites across Australia. With a background in mechanical engineering and project management, Kate has led major projects and contracts in the South West and Pilbara regions, building strong stakeholder relationships and leading diverse teams. Dedicated to progressing gender equity, she founded South West Women in Infrastructure, Mining & Minerals (SWWIMM) to further her passion.
Residing in Bunbury, Kate remains committed to advancing the local industry and community through collaboration, innovation, and daring leadership.
