Lynne has over 20 years of experience as a CEO in the community and disability sectors working with a range of organisations in Tasmania, NSW and ACT, and has been the CEO of Forrest Personnel since November 2021.

She has significant experience in cultural, organisational and financial transformation, particularly during periods of substantial change. Lynne holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practising Accountant and applies strong strategic leadership, lateral thinking and exceptional abilities at marshalling resources to gain the best outcomes for the people we serve.  In her previous roles, Lynne has been instrumental in leading service delivery outcomes, organisational growth, client advocacy and high levels of staff engagement.
