Nicky Smith is the current CEO of Investing In Our Youth, a for purpose organisation based in the Bunbury area supporting early years and youth programs. Nicky has lived in the Bunbury area for over 30 years and completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Human Service Management) at the Bunbury campus of Edith Cowan University. She has worked in the youth, health and mental health sector for both SME with local Boards as well as for large for purpose organisations. Nicky has recently completed Dare to Lead training based on the work of Brene Brown and leads her team with compassion and authenticity. She has been a part of the 2025 BGCCI South West Leaders program and the CEO Roundtable.
