Blair is a Bunbury-based business consultant and RRR Network board member, specialising in leadership development, team capability, and operational strategy across the hospitality and service sectors. Through her consultancy, she also provides career and executive coaching to support individual growth and leadership development, with a strong focus on empowering regional businesses and upcoming leaders to thrive.
