The Department of Communities is currently reviewing the way they deliver repairs & maintenance to their housing properties across the state.
They are encouraging sub-contractors to register their interest to carry out work under future selected Head Maintenance contractors.
Why Register?
Department of Communities would like to know who is ready to take on housing maintenance work in metropolitan, regional & remote areas, and whether you are a single or multi-trader.
A register of interested sub-contractors will be included in the Tender request for future Head Maintenance Contracts, to link interested sub-contractors with the selected Head Contractor.
The Registration of Interest (ROI) is open now, until 24th September 2024.

Optional Briefing Session
An online non-mandatory briefing session on the ROI and how to complete the survey will be held on Monday August 26, 2024, at 2:00pm (AWST). This session is open to any subcontractor across WA.
