Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting
Dear Members,
The Annual General Meeting of the South West Business Association Inc t/a Bunbury Geographe Chamber of Commerce & Industry will be held on Wednesday 30th October 2024 at 5:30pm at the Bunbury Geographe CCI office.

AGENDA
The formal agenda will provide for brief annual reports, election of office bearers and the executive committee and general business.
The AGM agenda will be available on our website from the 16th October 2024.
CONSTITUTION UPDATE
Members will vote on adopting an updated Constitution at the AGM. You are invited to review the Constitution here: Constitution

COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS
Our Executive Committee is comprised of member representatives who are invested in the ongoing development of the Bunbury Geographe CCI and the wider business community.
Members are invited to nominate for positions as office bearers or members of the Executive Committee. Committee members will be selected based on the skills required for the available positions.
The following positions are open for nomination.
• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Executive Committee Member - Portfolio Leads (Women in Business, Young People in Business, Membership & Marketing, Aboriginal Engagement, Minerals and Energy, Geographe For Purpose, South West Leaders)
If you are interested in contributing to the ongoing development of the Chamber on the Committee, please email your nomination form along with a short bio to admin@bgcci.com.au. Nominations close at 5:00pm on Friday 11th October 2024.

If you are unable to attend the AGM, members may nominate another member as their proxy to vote on your behalf. Please submit this proxy form prior to the AGM if required: Proxy Form
