Applications are now open for the 2026 South West Leaders Program, marking an exciting new chapter for the initiative as it enters its sixth year.
Continuing to evolve, the program will expand its format in 2026, strengthen connections across the South West, and create even more opportunities for meaningful professional growth. The 10-month mentorship program brings together professionals at all career stages from across the region.
Participants can apply as either a mentor or a mentee, with both roles offering a collaborative and supportive environment focused on skill development and building strong professional networks. The program is free and open to individuals at all levels, ensuring the entire region can benefit.
Participants are supported to set clear goals and establish a meeting rhythm that suits them, with a general expectation of monthly catch-ups.
The program is complemented by a range of professional development and networking opportunities, including:
- Program Launch (19 February 2026)
- Networking events such as keynote speaker breakfasts and sundowners
- An annual Leadership Conference (30 July 2026)
- Leadership 30’s & 60’s online webinars featuring guest speakers from around the world
- A regular newsletter sharing insights from local and international leaders
